17/1 Both Teams to Score Accumulator

We started off in Oldham, where the Latics hosted Burton. The first half passed with little action and you’d been forgiven if you thought this match wasn’t likely to produce 2 goals, however the second half came to light. Luke Varney opened the scoring for the Brewers 2 minutes into the second half, the lead only lasted 8 minutes however as Green slotted home an equaliser for Oldham and landed leg 1 of our accumulator.

Next up we headed to Crewe, where they took on Bolton Wanderers. A Chris Porter strike for the hosts, was the only notable action of the first half as he put Crewe 1-0 up at half time. Bolton came out into the second half much better however it took 3 changes to really see some chances, 3 minutes after a triple substitution, Adam Armstrong levelled for the visitiors and landed leg 2. The Trotters would go on to win the tie 2-1 in the 81st minute thanks to an Osede goal.

Dundee derby next up as Dundee hosted Dundee United in the Betfred Cup play-offs and it was the hosts who struck first in the 30th minute thanks to an El Bakhtaoui strike. The lead didn’t last long however as a Billy King goal ensured the two teams would go into half time level and land bet 3 of our Both Teams to Score accumulator.

The penultimate leg saw another Scottish play-off match with Ross County hosting Motherwell. This game also went into half time 0-0 and left us sweating. Thankfully, like the Oldham game we saw early action in the second half as in the 50th minute Bigirimana fired Motherwell into the lead before 15 minutes later Ross County were on level terms thanks to Schalk.

Over to Portugal for the final leg as Benfica hosted Braga in the Portuguese Primeira. The hosts raced into 2-0 lead by the half hour mark thanks to goals from Seferovic and the hugely influential Jonas. Even 2-0 down, the visitors were well in the game and they pegged the hosts back to a single goal before half time as they replied with a goal from Hassan. Benfica hit another gear in the second half and won the match 3-1 thanks to Salvio.
