18/1 NHL Accumulator lands on Easter Monday!
After a spectacular ending to March in which we landed a 104/1 Serie B Mega Acca and 22/1 BTTS & Win Double on Thursday, 16/1 Half-Time Acca on Friday and a 15/1 Match Goals Acca on Sunday, our Sports Analysts have done it again!
With no NBA games on schedule last night, all eyes were on the NHL and we fully delivered with a 18/1 Accumulator winner!
A really solid winner to get us prepared for the upcoming NHL postseason! Here’s how it went:

Our Acca started in Toronto as the Maple Leafs (3rd) hosted arguably the worst team in the league the Buffalo Sabers. Toronto got off to a decent start in the first period which ended 1:0, but then they went up a gear in the 2nd and the lead was up to 4:1 after the 2nd. Auston Matthews and William Nylander both scored two goals and the Leafs handled Sabres with ease 5:2 in the end.
The 2nd game was a tricky one. Two Eastern Conference teams Florida and Carolina clashed, with the Panthers still having a mathematical chance of making the playoffs. It was a tight game and the scoreline was 2:2 with 8 minutes remaining, but then Alex Petrovic scored the game winning goal for the Panthers which gave them a 3-2 lead and they recorded an important win.
In the 3rd leg we went with a slightly different approach as we backed Over 5.5 goals to be scored between the Ottawa Senators and Winnipeg Jets. The visitors are the best offensive team in the Western Conference and naturally there were a lot of goals scored here. The first period finished 3:1 to the Jets and 4 more goals were scored in the 2nd period which meant our 3rd tip of the Acca landed with ease!
The 4th leg of the Acca was another uneven match-up in terms of overall standings. Western Conference’s 4th placed Minnesota Wild hosted 3rd from the bottom Edmonton. It’s been a very disappointing season for the Oilers and the match against Wild was no exception. Minnesota scored a goal in every period and shut down Edmonton 3:0.
And in the final leg of the Acca, we predicted a victory for Washington in St. Louis. The Blues were the bookies’ favorites and they opened the scoring just 3 minutes into the first period. But the Capitals responded with 3 goals in the second and survived massive pressure in the third from the Blues. In the end the Caps defeated the Blues 4:2 thanks to Alex Ovechkin’s empty-net goal (his 46th in this season).
