19/1 Win Accumulator Lands on Tuesday!

What a start to the year!

In December our football tipsters landed a 61/1 BTTS & Win Acca + Two 6/1 Win Accas, a 12/1 BTTS Acca and a 15/1 Half-Time Accumulator. 2018 has started no differently with a 19/1 Win Accumulator landing!

Our Accumulator consisted of 5 games, with 3 being from the English Premier League and 2 from the English Championship.

All 5 fixtures commenced at the same time, and we didn’t have the greatest start! West Ham started the game strongly and were having multiple chances, but against the run of play James McClean put West Brom ahead after 30 minutes. We were still confident that the home side would get a result, but needed a big second half from the Hammers! Thankfully Andy Carroll had an outstanding second half and equalised after 59 minutes, resulting in a tense last 30 minutes.

Crystal Palace visited Southampton this evening and we were hoping Palace would continue their good form, double chance seemed extremely over priced pre-match! We enjoy making it hard for ourselves here at FST, and this fixture was no different with the Saints leading after just 17 minutes – with Shane Long ending his goal drought. We were always confident of Palace to grab a result, but they left us waiting for a long time with an equaliser arriving through James McArthur in the 69th minute. A draw was all that we required, however Palace then went on to win the game with a 80th minute winner scored by Milivojevic.

We backed Tottenham to win comfortably in Wales this evening, however it turned out to be a big task due to the conditions. Rain poured throughout the game which made it difficult for both sides to play the ball along the floor. Thankfully Llorente put Spurs ahead after just 12 minutes, but we needed them to win by at least 2 goals. Swansea had chances, with them hitting the cross bar in the second half combined with other missed opportunities; however Dele Alli finished the game off in the 89th minute to land this leg of our 19/1 Tuesday Win Accumulator!

Championship leaders Wolves took on mid-table Brentford and although the away side came into this game in good form, we backed Wolves to get a win. After dominating for 45 minutes, Wolves found themselves still drawing 0-0 as they went into the break. Thankfully after 2 goals in 3 minutes, the home side led 2-0 with half an hour to go. Brentford never seemed like scoring and thankfully with a third goal Diogo Jota, Wolves sealed a comfortable 3-0 victory.

After what started as such a dominant performance, Fulham found themselves losing 1-0 at half time to an Ipswich side who had won just 1 of their last 6 league fixtures on the road. We required a huge reaction from the home side and that is exactly what we saw. Ipswich’s Jordan Spence received a red card in the 54th minute, and the home side were able to capitalise on their advantage with a brace from both Ryan Sessengnon and Aboubakar Kamara. 4 goals in 7 minutes put Fulham in an extremely comfortable position, they led 4-1 with just 15 minutes left to play.

After Tottenham’s late second from Dele Alli, all eyes were on the Hammers. There were 4 minutes added time and they were clearly pressuring West Brom, searching for the late winner. After his equaliser in the 59th minute, Andy Carroll managed to bag an injury time winner to win the game for West Ham and ultimately land our 19/1 Tuesday Win Accumulator!
