25/1 Win Accumulator Lands!

What a superb start to March our Football analysts are having, last Saturday they landed their 24/1 Premier League Accumulator and now landed a 25/1 Win Accumulator in time for the weekend!

First up we went to the Netherlands as Heracles hosted a Twente side in terrible form. Heracles dominated the whole match but went behind to a shock goal just after half time as Tighadouini scored just his second goal of the season. The home side bounced back with devastating effect, scoring twice in the space of 6 minutes. Peterson was first to get on the scoresheet before an own goal from Twente midfielder Maher turned the game on its head. Heracles held onto their 2-1 lead and landed the first leg of our accumulator

Over to Germany next as Schalke were looking for their 4th consecutive win in a very impressive Bundesliga campaign for Die Königsblauen. They faced a Mainz side in relegation trouble. It was a fairly even affair on the whole until Daniel Caliguiri scored his 4th of the season to send Schalke in the lead. From the goal to the full time whistle Mainz took full control of the game and really piled the pressure on however the impressive Schalke backline who have only conceded 30 goals this season kept firm meaning they won 1-0, a result which means they remain 2nd after this weekend no matter what results happen.

Scotland next as Hibernian took on Hearts and we wanted a Hibs win. Hibernian edged the play and got their deserved breakthrough thanks to Allan, with a cracking half volley to send the home side 1-0 up. One became two with 10 to play as Maclaren doubled Hibernians lead, taking the game out of Hearts reach and all but secures Hibernian a very impressive top 4 season this season.

Our penultimate leg saw Roma play Torino at the Stadio Olimpico and this game saw a very boring first half, much unlike the two sides this season as the sides went into half time 0-0. However the second half saw Roma kick it up a couple of notches scoring 3 without reply through Manolas, De Rossi and a injury time third from Pellegrini giving Roma all 3 points in a rather convincing home victory.

Lastly we wanted Girona to beat Deportivo La Coruna in La Liga. Girona headed into this fixture in magnificent home form winning their previous 5 home games to nil. This form continued here against by far the worst away defence in the league winning 2-0. Stuani was quickest to respond to a set piece save knocking into a gaping net. 1 became 2 shortly after half time as defender Juanpe scored his 4th goal of the season sending Girona to a 6th straight La Liga home win and into the lofty heights of 6th!
