Monday Tennis Accumulator
Marco Cecchinato is comfortable in this one. The Italian ace is a clay-court specialist and should be far too good on this surface for Dzumhur. The French Open semi-finalist is unbeaten against Dzumhur on a clay-court, winning all three of their previous matches on this surface in straight-sets. Cecchinato to win 2-0.
I like Shapovalov to win this one. The Canadian youngster is playing some good tennis right now, while he also won the only previous meeting between these two last season. I think Shapovalov will be the more confident player in this one, and that should get him the win.
This should be a close match, but I like Sonego to win it. The young Italian has been in good form of late, reaching the quarter-finals in his last outing, and so he’ll be confident coming into this match. Seppi, meanwhile, is out of form right now, and he’s lost his last three matches straight. Sonego to win.
In the match of the round, I expect Diego Schwartzman to pick up the win. The Argentine ace produces his best tennis on clay, and he’s the better clay-court player out of the two. I think this is close, and in the end I see Schwartzman winning it.
