Diakiese is an awful 3 loss streak at the moment and now faces the hardest opponent to date in Joe Duffy who has been competing against ranked fighters such as Dustin Piorier, Mitch Clarke & James Vick in his previous fights. Although Duffy is coming off a loss prior to that he was on a 2 fight winning streak and now faces an opponent low on confidence who has a similar but less effective style, Duffy is used to higher competition and he should walk through his opponent.
Ian Heinisch is stepping up here to replace a fighter he beat in his last fight Cezar Ferreira. Both of these fighters only have one professional loss with Breese’s coming in a controversial split decision loss to Sean Strickland – outside of that Breese has has had a perfect UFC stint finishing 3 of his four opponents. Both of these fighters like to keep the fight on the feet however Breese has a reach advantage and is much more effective on the feet landing 3.85 significant strikes per minute therefore we expect him to have an edge of his opponent to get the win.
None of John Phillips UFC fights have lasted less than a round and a half with the earliest stoppage coming at 3:58 in the second round whilst none of Jack Marshmann’s fights have either with the fastest stoppage being 4:30 in the second round. Both of these where losses showing than neither fighter has got a quick finish in the UFC with their average fight times being 10:06 and 9:02 minutes we expect this fight to last over a round and a half.
